This is our primary mission field.
Members of this team put on various arena events throughout the year. This includes the popular 3 Pen Challenge that is held each month from April thru December. We also hold rodeo events for the youth at different times of the year.

Leader:  Marita Tiller

A group of men and women who have a heart for prayer and a belief that prayer is at the foundation of our relationship with God, as a church, and as individuals. We are committed to praying as intercessors and seek a posture of surrender, worship, devotion, and obedience-- to “pray without ceasing”. Corporate prayer and fasting is also a regular experience at Open Gate. When we work, we work; but when we pray, God works.  

Leader:  Kerrie Walling

A team with a heart of being hospitable toward others. This team greets our guests, and engages with them to make them feel welcome.

Leader:  Lila Walling

Raising our children with the values of Jesus Christ. We meeting during both services, following our opening worship songs.

Leader:  Deb Shutts

The Roundups, our worship band, leads worship in both of our services. If you have a musical talent and a heart for worship, come join us. 

Leader:  Jeanie Calles

This team oversees the budget process and finances of the church. 

Leader:  Open Position

The facilities team maintains our building and makes sure the grounds are in good shape.

Leader:  Kerrie Walling

This team plans events like our Easter Egg Hunt, floats in the Spring Ho parade, Vacation Bible School, bake sales, and other events that occur at church or in town.
